Integrating Level AI with Talkdesk

Level AI has a dedicated app designed to help Talkdesk users seamlessly fetch support conversations for QA evaluation.  

To integrate Level AI with Talkdesk, follow the steps mentioned below: 

  • If you’re using Talkdesk, you can download the Level AI app from App connect marketplace or install the Level AI app from this link (recommended). 

  • Provide your talkdesk account ID to initiate the process. For example, if your talkdesk account URL is accountname.talkdeskid.com, enter the word ‘accountname’ in the account field.

  • Please note that the account name of talkdesk and Level AI (accountname.thelevel.ai) should be similar. If not, please email us the details of both the account names and we’ll take care of the mismatch from our end.

  • In the following screen, enter the credentials and log into your Talkdesk account. 

Once you login, you’ll see a modal that will walk you through the setup process. The integration will require you to perform the following steps: 

  • Choose the plan you’re subscribed to in Level AI. If you do not have an account with Level AI, choose the Free Trial option. A new Level AI account will be created from our end.

  • The next step is to add users. Select users from your Talkdesk account. You can select all users, individual users, or users based on their roles.

  • Select the user roles you want to import into Level AI.

  • In the final step, you’ll see an authorization screen where you’ll grant Level AI access to key models in Talkdesk. Please read it carefully before agreeing to the terms and conditions. Once you agree to the terms (by clicking on the check box), click Install.

  • You can now access the Level AI app from the My Apps section present on the top right corner of the Talkdesk header.

  • You can navigate to your Level AI by clicking on the Level AI icon present under the My Apps section. 

The experience is designed in such a way that you don’t have to enter credentials for your Level AI account when you’re accessing Level AI from with Talkdesk. The user who’s performing the action will be logging into their corresponding user account in Talkdesk. 

 

Once we confirm that the app is installed, Level AI will start pulling in conversations from Talkdesk making it easy for your QA team to start evaluating conversations.
