Freshcaller integration with Level AI

You can import all your customer call conversations from Freshcaller  into Level AI to gain valuable insights. With the Freshcaller - Level AI integration, conversations will be ingested from your Freshcaller instance into Level AI in a systematic, periodic manner.

Currently, the Freshcaller integration supports ingesting conversations for the Call channel only. Setting up your Freshcaller integration

  1. Login to your Level AI tenant as an Admin. In the left sidebar, navigate to Settings > Integrations screen.

  2. Under the Available section, click Freshcaller.

  3. Click Install to initiate the set up process. You can click the hyperlink for step-by-step guidance on setting up the integration.

  4. Enter the API key and Domain URL from Freshcaller into the authorization form and click Authorize.


  5. As Freshcaller is a single channel integration i.e., for call conversations only, the channel is already selected. Click Finish to complete the setup. 

  6. Once the integration has been successfully configured, the app will be displayed in the Installed section of the Integrations screen.

Pausing data ingestion

If you want to momentarily pause data ingestion,

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations. Under the Installed section,  click the Freshcaller icon to open your Freshcaller integration.


  2. Click Settings.

  3. Using the toggle, deactivate the Call channel and click Update. 

Uninstalling your Freshcaller integration

NOTE
This is an irreversible process. The integration will be uninstalled by removing the authentication between Level AI and Freshcaller. All ongoing and scheduled data ingestions will be terminated until re-installed.

If you want to uninstall your existing Freshcaller integration,

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations. Under the Installed section,  click the Freshcaller icon to open your Freshcaller integration.

  2. In the screen that appears, click the More Options icon. In the list that is displayed, click Uninstall. 

  3. Click Yes, Uninstall to confirm.
